Everything you need to know before commissioning your piece
Most pieces are completed within 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. Complex multi-figure works or extra-large canvases may take up to 6 weeks. We'll give you a firm timeline when you commission.
Every commission includes 2 free revision rounds during the creation process. We share progress photos before the piece is finalised, so you always have full visibility and approval.
You own full rights to the physical artwork. XUMEA retains the right to display the piece in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality. We never sell prints or reproductions without your written permission.
We accept PayPal, Stripe (all major credit & debit cards), and international bank transfer. Payment is split: 50% deposit to begin, 50% upon completion before shipping.
Standard sizes: 30×40cm · 60×80cm · 80×120cm · 100×150cm. We also accept fully custom dimensions — just tell us your wall space and we'll advise on the best fit.
Every piece ships in a purpose-built wooden crate or heavy-duty art tube with acid-free wrapping and full insurance. We ship worldwide via DHL or EMS with tracking. Typical transit: 5–10 business days.
